Seal O Matic 122

ProCoat Seal-O-Matic 122 is a spraying equipment powered by compressed air. Designed for spraying ProCoat 1010. The equipment is based on Graco ® -components known for its long life span together with a widely represented service network. Seal-O-Matic is built as one unit designed for more stationary use. It handles both 200 Kg barrels and 20 Kg pots. The equipment has a built in pre-heating system for the ProCoat A-component together with a 10 + 6 meter electrically heated tube package which give easy access while coating different objects.

ProCoat Minimatic 230 is a Electro-Hydraulic powered spraying equipment designed for ProCoat 2010. The unique design with twin pump cylinders creates a material flow that goes through the equipment without any pulses or pressure drops. The Minimatic 230 design, together with its slim measures, makes the equipment easy to use and it is portable.

ProCoat WIWA DuoMix

ProCoat WIWA DuoMix are spraying equipment powered by compressed air and designed for spraying ProCoat 1010. The equipment is based on Wiwa-components. The hearth of the spray unit is the DuoMix 333 air motor with multiple guide shafts which minimize the wear in the air motor known for its lower maintenance cost. The feed containers for base and hardener are optimized for uninterrupted spraying and provide for fast start up and shut down times. life span together with a widely represented service net. ProCoat Wiwa DuoMix is built as one unit designed for stationary and movable use. The equipment has a built in pre-heating system for the ProCoat A-component and can be used with up to a 60 meter electrically heated tube package, which give easy access while coating different objects.
